| By Joining the Actiongirls.com Reseller / Affiliate Program you Agree to the following rules... | ||
| 1. You can only used specified promotional content that we authorize. Just because you are selling the site through the reseller program does not warrant the rights to download any bit of content you want to create banners etc. site content... So if you have some ideas first get Scotty JX's permission. You are only to use content we disclose to you. Such UnAuthorized use of the Actiongirls content could result in the account being terminated. | ||
| 2. All Site Logos, Trademarks with the name Actiongirls are allowed to be used while promoting the reseller program. If we or you decide to terminate the program for any reason you will need to remove all site logos from your site and remove all references to the trademarked name Actiongirls. | ||
| 3. We do not allow promotion through the use of stolen or unlicensed content. So if you are caught promoting the site with stolen content your account we will be terminated and all rebills forfeited. | ||
| 4. Your site must follow Legal laws that relate to your community standards. We do not accept sites or sales from those sites that do not follow the law. | ||
| 5. Resellers may only use Actiongirls
or any Scotty JX Content to promote Actiongirls.com. Resellers may crop and resize
our images PROVIDED the URLs are not removed or in any way made illegible.
If you are caught using the Actiongirls
or any Scotty JX content to promote anyone other than Actiongirls or Viewpornstars
your account will be terminated and all rebill forfeited. | ||
| 6. We do not tolerate Spam as way to promote Actiongirls or Viewpornstars. If caught your account will be terminated immediately forfeiting all your rebills. | ||
| 7. Urls must not be removed from Images. | ||
| 8. Our Images may not be used to build a AVS site in any shape or form if so your account will be terminated. | ||
| 9. No other sites can be promoted on the same pages where Actiongirls content is posted. | ||
| 10. Credit card fraud is closely monitored and will not be tolerated. Every case is reported to the credit card companies and to the appropriate authorities. In the event that any sort of mechanism to falsely generate sign-ups is detected, we will immediately terminate the Reseller's account, all commissions will be forfeited, | ||
| 11. Actiongirls and Viewpornstars are not responsible for loss due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors. | ||
| 12. Actiongirls
and Scotty JX reserve the right to terminate this agreement or program at any
time, for any reason. In any case, Resellers will be notified and will be paid
for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it
is determined that the Reseller has violated these the above rules or anything
illegal not stated above. | ||
| 13. Scotty JX and Actiongirls.com holds the right to refuse anyone from joining this program. | ||
